1. Acceptance of Terms

By using StoryD, creating an account, or placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.

2. Eligibility

You must be legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use StoryD. Users under the age of 18 may use the platform with parental or legal guardian supervision.

3. User Accounts

Certain features may require account registration. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials and all activity conducted under their account.

StoryD reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or involve suspicious, abusive, or fraudulent activity.

4. Personalized Products

StoryD creates custom-made and personalized products including photo books and magazines using customer-provided content such as images, text, and creative layouts.

Because products are personalized, customers are responsible for carefully reviewing all uploaded content, spelling, layouts, and design selections before placing an order.

5. User Content & Ownership

Users retain ownership of all photos, text, designs, and creative content uploaded to StoryD.

By uploading content, users grant StoryD a limited non-exclusive license to process, render, store, print, and deliver personalized products and related services.

Users confirm that they own or have permission to use all uploaded materials.

6. Prohibited Content & Activities

Users may not upload or distribute content that:

• Violates intellectual property rights
• Contains unlawful, harmful, abusive, or explicit material
• Violates privacy or publicity rights
• Contains malicious software or harmful code
• Violates applicable laws or regulations

7. Pricing & Payments

All prices displayed on StoryD are subject to change without prior notice.

Payments are securely processed through trusted third-party payment providers including Razorpay and future supported payment services.

StoryD reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders involving pricing errors, payment verification issues, or suspected fraudulent activity.

8. Shipping & Delivery

StoryD works with trusted shipping and logistics providers to fulfill and deliver orders.

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to production schedules, courier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

9. Refunds & Replacements

Refunds, replacements, and reprints are governed by our Refund & Replacement Policy.

Because StoryD products are personalized and custom-made, refunds may not be available for customer-approved design choices, spelling mistakes, or uploaded image quality issues.

10. Promotional Content Usage

StoryD may request permission to feature selected customer-created books, testimonials, or creative designs in social media posts, website galleries, advertisements, or marketing campaigns.

Promotional use will only occur through customer consent, public sharing interactions, voluntary participation, or direct authorization provided to StoryD.

11. Intellectual Property

All StoryD branding, graphics, website content, software, logos, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Users may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit StoryD materials without written permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, StoryD shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the platform or services.

StoryD’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the affected order.

13. Platform Availability

StoryD strives to provide uninterrupted access to the platform but does not guarantee continuous availability, error-free operation, or uninterrupted services.

14. Termination

StoryD reserves the right to suspend or terminate user access for violations of these Terms, fraudulent behavior, abusive conduct, or activities harmful to the platform or other users.

15. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India.

Any disputes arising from the use of StoryD shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts in India.

16. Changes to These Terms

StoryD may update these Terms & Conditions periodically to reflect operational, legal, technological, or service-related changes.

Continued use of StoryD after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
