All StoryD products are custom-made and personalized specifically for each customer. Because of the personalized nature of our products, refunds or reprints cannot be provided for:
- Spelling or grammatical mistakes,
- Low-resolution uploaded images,
- Incorrect photo selections,

- Customer editing errors,
- Or mistakes approved before checkout.
